To receive a proposal of what the EMS program can do for you, we will need copies of the following documents:

The most recent copy of the service contract renewal invoice showing the item descriptions, including model and serial number information, and the annual cost for each item. Please click here to review the Equipment Overview if you are a bank.
Current listing and any billing invoices for equipment currently on time and material service.


Next…we will deliver to you:

A detailed analysis of your equipment maintenance costs and coverage including an assessment of your current equipment management plan.
A customized proposal that will consolidate your current contracts and equipment into one comprehensive cost saving plan.
A proposal including several cost saving program options where applicable. The proposal offer will include a plan for the successful delivery of the administrative and technical support that EMS will provide to you.
